Our Reciprocity Scholarship Program is designed to expand access to learning, leadership development, workforce training, and career advancement opportunities for individuals who are ready to invest in their growth but may need additional support to get started. Rather than viewing scholarships as one-way assistance, we view them as a shared investment. Scholarship recipients are invited to contribute their time, talents, skills, and experiences in ways that strengthen the broader community, support fellow participants, and help advance the mission of Built4Agility.
Scholarship availability is limited and may vary by program, funding source, and available sponsorship support. Selection is based on demonstrated commitment, readiness, alignment, and the potential impact of the opportunity on the applicant's personal, professional, or economic goals.
Scholarship recipients may be asked to contribute through activities that support the mission, programs, partnerships, and community impact goals of Built4Agility.
Examples may include:
Community outreach and engagement
Event support and participation
Program support activities
Peer mentorship and accountability
Content creation and storytelling
Employer and community partnership activities
Research, planning, or administrative support
Other aligned service opportunities
Reciprocity expectations will vary based on the scholarship awarded, program selected, participant capacity, and available opportunities.
Weekly live session (2 hrs)
Independent work (1-3 hrs)
Monthly Studio Activation (3 hrs)
$135 USD to cover monthly Studio Activation costs
Payment for Studio Activations is required upon acceptance of Reciprocity Scholarship notification offer and is non-refundable.
