The undersigned represents and warrants that:

• They are an owner, officer, or authorized representative of the applying company.
• They have the authority to apply for credit and bind the company to the terms of sale.
• The company agrees to comply with all approved payment terms.

The Applicant authorizes Wasatch Deck & Rail Supply to:

• Verify the information provided.
• Contact trade and bank references.
• Obtain business credit information as deemed necessary.

If credit is extended, the Applicant agrees that:

• Approval is at the sole discretion of Wasatch Deck & Rail Supply.
• Credit limits may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Payment terms begin on the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
• Past-due balances may result in suspension of credit privileges.
• The company is responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if the account becomes delinquent.
