Rental Extension Payment Terms:

By submitting this payment, I understand and agree to the following:

Payment submission does not automatically approve a rental extension. Any extension must be reviewed, accepted, and confirmed by 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales.
My rental due date is not officially extended until 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales confirms the payment and updates my account.
If the amount submitted is not enough to cover the requested extension, past-due balance, fees, or other charges, my account may remain due or past due.
Payments may be applied first to outstanding balances, past-due charges, fees, or other amounts owed before being applied to a new extension.
I remain responsible for the rental vehicle, rental charges, late charges, damages, tolls, tickets, fuel, cleaning, recovery costs, and any other amounts allowed under my rental agreement until the vehicle is properly returned and checked in.
If my extension is not approved, I am responsible for returning the vehicle immediately or as instructed by 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales.
Partial payment, late payment, failed payment, returned payment, or disputed payment does not waive any rights of 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales under the rental agreement.
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or charged back, my account may be treated as unpaid, and I may still owe the original balance plus any applicable fees.
I understand that this payment form does not replace or modify my original rental agreement unless 2nd 2 None Rentals & Auto Sales confirms the change in writing.
