By completing and submitting this Wholesale Purchase Agreement Form, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Minimum Retail Price Agreement:
   The SCT Oil purchased through Happy Healthy Thin is intended for resale at the retail price set by the Happy Healthy THIN LLC. You agree not to resell the product for less than the retail price. Any violation of this pricing agreement will result in the immediate cancellation of all existing orders with no refunds issued.

2. No Resale Below Retail Price:
   You understand that pricing regulations are set to maintain fair market conditions and product value. Reselling the SCT Oil below the agreed-upon retail price will lead to penalties, including the cancellation of any pending orders, future orders, and exclusion from the wholesale program.

3. Termination of Agreement:
   Happy Healthy Thin LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement if it is found that you are in violation of any of the terms, including the resale price policy. No refunds will be issued for any orders already placed or in transit.

4. Refund Policy:
   All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the order is processed and shipped, regardless of any violations of the terms above.

5. Compliance with Applicable Laws:
   You agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the sale of SCT Oil.
