Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card, using the “Stripe” payments gateway linked to the bookings platform. Alternatively, payments by standing order or by bank wire transfer may be made by mutual agreement.

Scheduled payments will be processed on the 5th or 19th of each month despite the client's level of engagement within the selected program(s). Consequently, unsatisfied balances 3 days past due will result in loss of access to the academy including all platforms & live sessions until the balance is paid in full. Payments more than 30 days past due will be sent to our collections partner.

Please be advised that all deposits, and purchases are final without the option for refunds or transfer.

Clients who miss payments more than twice in a program period will have payment plan options revoked and be required to pay the program balance in full before being readmitted to the program.

Receipts and/or invoices are available, and where receipts are requested by the client, they will be sent by email.

Fees are payable in advance of each coaching session unless otherwise agreed (Business Coaching may allow for payment on receipt of invoice). Where payment has not been received by The Proverbs 31 BOSS Academy, LLC in advance of a coaching session The Proverbs 31 BOSS Academy, LLC is not obliged to provide the session.

Where payment is required on receipt of the invoice rather than in advance, a charge may be levied for late payment.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

In the event of any dispute arising hereunder among the parties, and if the same is not settled within thirty (30) days, then either party may demand that the dispute be submitted first to confidential mediation in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, or an ADR provider mutually agreed upon by the parties (“AAA”) for commercial disputes then in effect, with the mediator selected by AAA. If said mediation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after said election, then the dispute shall be submitted for a confidential binding decision to an arbitrator selected by AAA. The parties to the dispute shall proceed with expedited arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the AAA for commercial disputes then in effect, and the decision may be enforced by a court proceeding. The parties shall each bear equally the cost of the mediator or arbitrator conducting the proceedings which shall be held in the headquarters city of The Proverbs 31 BOSS Academy, LLC. Nothing herein shall be construed as eliminating the right of a party to bring an action for injunctive relief.
