"I acknowledge the cost to attend the retreat is $2500 and that REVOLT will be waiving that cost for me. I understand my Satisfaction Guarantee Deposit amount as well as travel costs will be my responsibility. The Satisfaction Guarantee states that the deposit is fully refundable upon: 1) having an UNSATISFIED experience at the retreat, 2) complete and successful attendance of the retreat, 3) full participation in each activity, and 4) that I meet with Team REVOLT on the last evening of the experience to submit my request for refund.
