Emotional Refresh: Time to rejuvenate and clear the clutter, so you can feel lighter and access the resources stuck in your past!

Why

The old thoughts and patterns, the negative emotions and doubt you've repeated all go somewhere, which means you could be holding onto a lot more than just stress. When outcomes, thoughts, and behaviours are repeated enough, unconscious patterns develop that influence what you expect, how you respond, and what you believe is possible.

An Emotional Refresh uses Time Line Therapy® to help you explore the root cause of unwanted emotional patterns, release the weight connected to them, and carry the learnings forward, without continuing to carry the emotion.

You cannot change what happened, but you can change the meaning, emotional weight, and influence it holds over your future.

What It's Like

If you have never experienced an Emotional Refresh before, know it is one of the most gentle yet powerful experiences for personal transformation. There is no re-living the pain of the past, instead it provides a new perspective where you can recognize the lessons that were previously obscured by emotion. This will reconnect you with your inner resources, so you can start responding differently and exploring new possiblities in the present.

The energy and weight of negative emotions trapped in your body can:

• Increase stress levels

• Cloud judgement & close off possibilities
• Activate your survival mode

• Distract & drain your energy

• Perpetuate patterns of doubt which could be holding you back

• Affect decisions, reactions, beliefs and overall moods

• Disrupt sleep & recovery time

• Affect your health & physical wellbeing
