As a nonprofit organization committed to developing civic leadership and community engagement, Built4Agility is offering a limited number of Reciprocity Scholarships for this upcoming 12-week SAFe POPM Cohort. These Reciprocity Scholarships are designed to cover the majority of program tuition (value $2,500) for a limited number of selected participants who demonstrate a commitment to meaningful voter outreach and civic participation.

Reciprocity Scholarship recipients must reside within the Houston metropolitan area to satisfy local funding and engagement requirements. Each approved recipient will be assigned 65 specific households to conduct direct outreach efforts to reach low-propensity voters in Baytown, Texas, ahead of the November 2026 primary election. Outreach activities to these households will include canvassing, phone banking, and text messaging campaigns focused on increasing voter education and turnout. A training session and guidance materials will be provided.

In addition, Reciprocity Scholarship participants will be required to finance the monthly Studio Activation Workshop portion of the PIVOTx Career Accelerator + SAFe POPM program at a cost of $45 per session. Because Reciprocity Scholarship availability is limited, all applicants will be notified of their application status prior to the start of the program. Applicants who are not selected for Reciprocity Scholarship assistance will still have the opportunity to participate in the Cohort through paid enrollment and will be given first priority within a designated enrollment window to secure their seat in the program.
