I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES. I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
