Placement, Compensation & Investment Disclosure

By completing this application, you acknowledge and agree that your placement within Prestigious Tax Training & Software will be determined based on the information you provide regarding your experience, knowledge, and overall readiness to prepare tax returns.

All responses will be reviewed to assess your appropriate starting level within the company’s compensation structure. Placement is not self-selected and will be assigned at the sole discretion of the Company to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency in service.

Compensation Tier Notice

Prestigious Tax Training & Software offers the following possible compensation tiers:

Tier 1: 50/50 split

Tier 2: 60/40 split

Tier 3: 70/30 split

Placement into a compensation tier is based on experience, tax knowledge, compliance understanding, accuracy, and overall readiness. Applicants do not select their own tier. Final placement is determined by Prestigious Tax Training & Software after review of the application and any required onboarding evaluation.

Contractors may qualify to move into a higher compensation tier based on performance, number of funded returns, accuracy, compliance, and consistency during the tax season.

Please understand that paying the onboarding investment does not guarantee placement into a higher split. Splits are earned, not purchased.

Investment Notice

Participation in this program requires a total onboarding investment of $500. A non-refundable payment of $250 is required to begin, with the remaining $250 balance to be satisfied through deductions from your initial completed and funded tax returns, or as otherwise outlined in your contractor agreement.

Please note: Any remaining balance remains the responsibility of the contractor regardless of production and will be outlined in detail within the contractor agreement.

By proceeding, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and understand that misrepresentation may result in reassignment, removal, or termination.
