Extended Warranty Agreement

Horizon Blinds and More proudly extends the following warranty on products to the original buyer for 3 years, with a one time Fee Payment.

What is covered:

Operating mechanisms including motors, remote controls, cords, ladders, fabric, and all in stock components are covered for the Extended Warranty of the product.

Normal wear and tear. Examples of wear and tear include (but are not limited to) fraying, stains, pet damage, exposure to the elements (including heat, sun, wind, water, or moisture), and/or material discoloration or fading over time.

Product failure due to improper Manipulation or operation, alteration by anyone other than a Horizon Blinds and more Factory, abuse, misuse, damage from pets or insects.

Variations in color grain or texture of natural products, slight warping of wood products, and natural color changes to materials that take place over time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

There are no warranties that extend beyond this express written warranty, except the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose as set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Under no circumstances shall Horizon Blinds and more, INC be liable for lost profits, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages as set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Some locations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to everyone. This warranty gives specific legal rights including other rights which vary from state to state. The Warranty shall terminate as set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

• Agreement: This is an agreement that takes place between two parties ‘’Horizon Blinds and More, INC’’ and “the Client” that takes place between to complete a mutual transaction one Time Not Refundable Transaction..

• Starting of the Warranty: The Warranty Instalments will be Based in monthly payments according to one specific order, and it will start with the first payment made according to the 1.5 % of the total Payment due in the Order for New customers. In the event that customers purchasing the extended warranty has an old order (more than two months of purchasing) At Horizon Blind and more, Inc , The Extended warranty will start 90 days after the start of the monthly payment’s instalments.

• Warranty Termination Shall be upon the client stops of the monthly instalments

• Resolution of Warranty Issues: If it is determined that Warranty service is required, it will be determined at the sole discretion of Horizon Blinds and more representative whether the product will be repaired or replaced.

• Matching Products: In the event that there are multiple products in the same room, only the defective product will be repaired or replaced. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications. If this is not possible, we will match the product as closely as possible

• If professional installation services Required Horizon Blinds and more Warranty does not cover it. Such installation services will be referred To Horizon Master services, Corp That will be agreed a fee with a client/ customer for the services Required Such as, but not exclusive to, blinds installation, removal, disposal, In home repair. Additionally, if Product’s warranty is purchased, installation services from Horizon Master Services Corp, will be granted. Horizon Master services Corp will charge a fee to come to the location where the products were installed and attempt to fix the blinds. No additional charge will be made for material replacement since is covered by Horizon Blinds and more, inc. Extended Warranty Agreement
