Thank you for choosing Gladiator Window & Doors. Please use this form to submit a warranty claim for your product.

All fields are required. Incomplete forms cannot be submitted. Before you start, please have the following ready:

  • Your order or invoice number

  • Photos and/or video of the issue from multiple angles

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • Installer contact information

Once we receive your claim, it will be reviewed and sent to our production team for further assistance. A member of our team will follow up with you on next steps.

Describe the Issue
Explain the problem in as much detail as possible. Please include:

  • What's happening: e.g., door is hard to slide, water getting in at the bottom track, glass fogging between panes, lock not engaging

  • Where on the unit: which panel, corner, track, or component

  • When it started: date first noticed, and whether it happened suddenly or gradually

  • When it occurs: all the time, only during rain, in heat or cold, or when opening or closing

  • Any changes or events: recent storms, construction, repairs, or adjustments made to the unit

REQUIRED INSTALLER INFORMATION

Upload clear photos and/or video showing the issue. All claims require photos from multiple angles: a close-up of the problem area, a wider shot showing the full door or window, and the surrounding frame or installation. Claims without complete documentation may be delayed.

Installer Information (Required)
Please provide contact information for the company or individual who installed your product. We may need to contact the installer to confirm installation details as part of the claim review.

  1. Accuracy of information. All information, photos, and documentation submitted with this claim are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I have not altered or misrepresented any images, dates, or details.

  2. Installer contact. I authorize Gladiator Window & Doors to contact the installer listed on this form to verify installation details and discuss the claim.

  3. Claim review. Submitting this form does not guarantee warranty coverage. All claims are reviewed under the terms of the Gladiator Window & Doors warranty. Coverage decisions are based on the information provided and our production team's evaluation.

  4. Additional information. Gladiator Window & Doors may request more photos, documentation, or an inspection of the product before making a decision.

  5. False or incomplete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the claim being denied and may void the warranty.
