✈️ Expenses Covered

Dr. Angela's speaker requirements include airfare and local transportation to and from the conference, as well as lodging (unless within walking distance).

To ensure optimal performance, Dr. Angela prefers to arrive the night before her speaking engagement, particularly for long flights exceeding 4 hours and significant time zone changes, where traveling a few days in advance in business class is necessary. This allows Dr. Angela to avoid jet lag and maintain high energy levels for her session.

Additionally, Dr. Angela is open to meeting with executives of the event prior to her talk, providing an opportunity for further discussion and alignment of objectives.

🏨 Lodging Expenses Covered

For U.S. conferences, Dr. Angela's speaker requirements include accommodations for the full length of the conference.

For international conferences (outside of the U.S.), accommodations are required for one full day before the conference begins, in addition to the length of the conference and any workshops Dr. Angela is expected to speak at or attend.

Furthermore, accommodations must be provided for the evening of Dr. Angela's speaking engagement. The event organizer must leave a conference credit card on file with the hotel for any incidental charges.

For live sessions, we prioritize a seamless experience by having a thorough back-up plan and run-of-show in place, including tech checks for internet speeds and sound quality.

Recordings

Dr. Angela is open to pre-recording for remote conferences, especially for those in vastly different time zones, to ensure stability and maintain conference quality.

Q & A and Chats

Question and answer sessions will be moderated by trained individuals adhering to your code of conduct, with strict policies against harassment, trolling, and cyberbullying.

Chat spaces will have conference moderators who are well-versed in your Code of Conduct to maintain a respectful and engaging environment.
