You can submit your W-8 or W-9 form once your Affiliate Dashboard confirms your earnings. Please note that commissions cannot be paid out without the required tax form.

Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between HubHub Go (“Company”), with its principal place of business at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste, 208 Delaware, and the affiliate ("Affiliate"), identified upon signup.
By entering this agreement, the Affiliate agrees to promote and market Company products/services as outlined in this Agreement and according to Company’s Affiliate Program policies.
Affiliate acknowledges that participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.
Affiliate shall only use approved marketing materials provided by the Company and will comply with all guidelines to maintain the integrity and reputation of Company’s brand.
Affiliate agrees to complete and submit the appropriate tax forms (W-8 or W-9) based on their tax residency status:
U.S. Affiliates: Affiliates who are U.S. citizens or residents are required to submit a W-9 form.
Non-U.S. Affiliates: Affiliates who are non-U.S. residents must submit a W-8 form.
Failure to submit the required tax form may result in withholding of payments until the proper documentation is provided.
Commissions: Company agrees to pay Affiliate a commission based on the sales generated through Affiliate’s referral links. Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in a separate addendum or communicated upon acceptance to the program.
Tax Reporting: Company will report payments to Affiliates to the IRS as required, based on information provided in the W-8 or W-9 form. Company shall not be responsible for any tax obligations related to Affiliate earnings.
Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid to Affiliate within [time frame, e.g., 45 days after the end of each month].
Affiliate payments may be subject to tax withholding, based on the tax documentation submitted by Affiliate.
Failure to provide necessary tax documentation (W-8 or W-9) may result in payment delays or withholding.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, Affiliate will immediately cease using Company’s materials and will no longer be eligible to earn commissions.
Any commissions earned prior to termination will be paid out in the next scheduled payment cycle, provided the Affiliate’s tax documentation is up to date.
Independent Contractor: Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
Confidentiality: Affiliate agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared by the Company in connection with the Affiliate Program.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
