Before submitting a translation request

If your documents will also require apostille or legalization for international use, please complete the Apostille Service Request Form instead. That form includes an option to request certified translation so the entire process can be coordinated correctly.

If you only need certified translation without apostille processing, you may proceed with the form below.

Sworn translations are a special type of translation required by certain foreign governments. They are typically based on the destination country’s requirements and may differ from a standard certified or notarized translation. If you are unsure whether this applies to your document, select “I’m not sure” and we will review it for you.

If you are unsure, select “I’m not sure.” We will review this based on the destination country and any instructions provided.
Please note that this type of translation DOES NOT need to be notarized or apostilled. It is valid in the destination country as is.  Our translation partner's sworn translators are located in the destination country. They issue digitally signed, electronic copies of the translations, which are accepted by government officials and are equally as valid as a physical, “wet signature” version.
Please select the turnaround that best fits your needs. Standard turnaround is based on document length, language, and formatting. For many standard orders, estimated timing is 1–2 business days for 1–4 pages, 2–3 business days for 5–8 pages, 3–4 business days for 9–12 pages, and 4–5 business days for 13–16 pages. Larger orders are reviewed individually. Rush service, when available, is billed at 50% above the standard translation rate.
Physical copies may add 1-3 business days to the completion timeline.

Translation pricing varies based on language, document type, page count, word count, and formatting.

Standard certified translation often begins at $45 per page for many common document types and languages. Some languages, document types, or formatting requirements may be priced higher. Pricing is generally based on up to 225 words per page. Additional fees may apply for longer pages, rush service, sworn translations, shipping, notarization coordination, or apostille coordination.

A final quote will be provided after document review. Translation orders are not placed until full payment has been received.

Once the form is submitted, we will review your documents and details and follow up with an estimate and timeline as soon as possible.
