In this agreement, "Producer" means Let's Go Productions, LLC. Jose A. Candelario acts on its behalf. "Content" means the audio, video, photographs and contributions recorded or supplied for the appearance identified above.
1 Permission to record
I voluntarily permit Producer and its production team to photograph and record my image, voice, interview and agreed performance for this appearance. This includes an in-person, telephone or online session. Live transmission is authorized only if selected above and confirmed with me before going live. Private scheduling conversations are not included. Producer will confirm the recording purpose and my agreement at the session’s start; live transmission requires separate confirmation before going live.
2 Publication and reuse
I grant Producer a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, lasting indefinitely to the extent permitted by law, to reproduce, edit, publish, display, perform, distribute and archive the Content and my public name, likeness and approved biographical information. Uses include full episodes, excerpts, compilations, trailers, thumbnails, transcripts, captions and accurate translations in audio, video, print and digital media, now existing or later developed. Producer may use these in The Jose Candelario Show and other media programming produced by Producer, including The Vibe, on websites, apps, radio, television, podcasts, streaming services, social media and newsletters. Organic and paid promotion of this programming is included. Distribution may be monetized or appear alongside advertising and sponsorship. Producer may license these uses to its service providers, distributors and successors, subject to this agreement.
3 Editing and limits
Producer controls editing, titles, scheduling and publication; I have no advance approval right unless a signed addendum says otherwise. Editing must not knowingly misrepresent my statements. This release does not authorize a fabricated endorsement, an advertisement suggesting I endorse an unrelated product or political cause, standalone merchandise using my likeness, or a synthetic replica of my voice or image. Ordinary editing, sound cleanup, transcription and captioning tools are allowed; training a general-purpose AI model on my Content is not authorized by this release. Paid endorsements, unrelated advertising, AI replicas and general-purpose AI training require a separate, specific agreement; this release grants none of those permissions.
4 Ownership and contributed materials
Producer owns its recordings and completed productions, subject to my underlying rights. I retain ownership of my preexisting work and grant only the license needed for the uses above. For any photographs, clips, artwork or other materials I supply for inclusion, I will identify their owners, credit requirements and restrictions. I grant permission only for rights I own or am authorized to license. Music, third-party footage, organizational logos and other separately owned material may need additional clearance.
5 Payment and publication
My participation is unpaid, with no royalties or revenue share, unless a separate written agreement signed by me and Producer states otherwise. Producer does not promise publication, a particular release date, audience size or business results. The parties exchange the permissions and commitments stated here.
6 Participation and privacy
I may decline a question or stop further participation. Once recorded with permission, Content remains subject to this release, except as applicable law requires. I will avoid knowingly false factual statements, unauthorized confidential information and material I have no right to disclose. Any agreed off-the-record discussion or restriction must be confirmed with Producer before disclosure or in a signed addendum. Producer will use my private contact details and signature to administer this agreement, not publish them as program content. This release does not enroll me in marketing email or text messages.
7 Limited release of claims
To the extent permitted by law, I release Producer, Jose A. Candelario, their production personnel and authorized distributors from claims based on recording or using the Content, my likeness or my contributions within the permissions granted here, including privacy, publicity and copyright claims. This does not release claims for uses outside this agreement, knowing misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct or rights that cannot legally be waived.
8 Agreement and duration
For Content already recorded with permission, the granted license is intended to be irrevocable to the extent permitted by law. I may request a correction or removal through the Producer contact above, but removal is not guaranteed and third-party copies may remain. Connecticut law governs, except where mandatory applicable law controls. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent allowed. This release and any signed addenda are the entire agreement about these permissions; changes require both parties' written agreement. Electronic signatures and counterparts may be used with the parties' consent.
