The news keeps confirming what so many of us already know in our bodies. A comedian calls women at the gym whores on national TV and apologizes only for swearing. Accountability for harm is an essay, a Facebook apology, or a firing a year too late. If you are asking where is the accountability, and what is my part beyond being outraged? this room is for you.

In this afternoon, you will:

Feel the anger, grief, and exhaustion fully, witnessed by women who feel it too
Find what lives underneath the anger, and what it actually needs from you
Learn to care for yourself exceptionally well, during hard moments and after them
Name your why, and choose one small, brave next step

Feelings, not stories. No one will be asked to share what happened to them. No phones, no photos, no recording. This is not therapy and not a debate.
