Primaries and Secondaries
This exercise will help you keep the important things the most important things when looking to see if a new firm is best for your vision.
Primaries: These are the deal breakers. These are items that need to exist at the new firm for you to even consider moving forward. There are usually 1 to 3 items here. Think of these as the Go/No Go items, if there is something here that you will not be able to do, then it is a good possability this firm is not a good match for you.
Secondaries: These are things that are important, bud not deal breakers. Think of things you would like to see, such as a tech that your current firm does not allow but you would like to start using, or a marketing plan that you would like to start in the near future.
