What is Included the Mountain Athlete Program?

  • Customized Workout Plans: Exercises tailored to your fitness level, preferences, and available home equipment. 

    • Introductory 2-week foundational program to become familiar with the app, encourage a routine, and work through any questions you may have with the program. 

    • Following the introductory period, you will then decide how many workouts you desire during the week (3, 4, or 5). 

  • Regular Check-Ins: Stay connected with Alyssa through scheduled weekly/bi-weekly zoom calls to track your progress and make adjustments as needed.
