It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel insurance for your protection and peace of mind.
This cancellation policy is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance that will cover you in the case of unexpected life events or travel issues.
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund.
Refund dates, deadlines, and specific deposit requirements are dependent on the individual retreat. Please refer to the specific retreat's information page or registration form for the exact refund schedule and deadlines that apply to your booking.
Refund Policy:
If any individual participant elects to cancel prior to February 22, 2027, the participant shall be refunded monies collected, minus a $525 cancellation fee per person.
After February 22 and before March 22, 2027, the participant shall be refunded 50% per person of all monies collected.
After March 22 and before April 22, 2027, participants shall be refunded 30% per person of all monies collected.
If any participant cancels after April 22, 2027, all monies collected are non-refundable.
