Lady Arlington 2026 Event Terms

1. Eligibility

This event is open to licensed mortgage brokers and mortgage agents in good standing with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Richview Capital Management Inc., its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible. Participants must be legal residents of Canada.

2. How to Register

To register for consideration, eligible participants must (a) complete this registration form during the event period, and (b) follow the official Richview Capital Instagram account (@richviewcapitalmic). Both actions are required to be eligible. No purchase is necessary to register or be selected.

3. Selection Structure

Each eligible participant earns entries based on the following actions completed during the event period:

Registration + verified Instagram follow: 1 entry (required for eligibility)
Verified Google review of Richview Capital Management Inc.: +1 entry
Each qualifying private mortgage file funded by Richview during the event period: +3 entries per funding
Funding five (5) or more qualifying files during the event period: +5 entries (one-time milestone bonus)

A "qualifying private mortgage file" is a complete mortgage application submitted to Richview Capital Management Inc. that meets the Sponsor's standard underwriting criteria. A "funded" file is one where the mortgage transaction closes and funds are advanced during the event period. The five-deal milestone bonus is awarded once per participant upon reaching five (5) funded files. Google review entries are awarded only once per participant.

4. Guest Pass Bonus

Guest Pass: Participants for whom Richview funds three (3) or more qualifying mortgage files during the event period will, if selected to attend, receive an additional guest pass for one (1) companion.

5. Selection of Attendees

The top twenty (20) eligible participants ranked by total entry count at the event cutoff date will be invited to attend the Lady Arlington 2026 broker appreciation event. In the event of a tie at the twentieth (20th) position, ties will be resolved in the following order: (a) greatest number of qualifying files funded during the event period; (b) earliest registration timestamp. Final standings will be announced following the event cutoff date. All decisions of the Sponsor are final.

6. Event Experience

Selected attendees receive one (1) seat aboard the Lady Arlington for the Richview Capital broker appreciation event on August 5, 2026, including catering, beverages, and on-board hospitality during the event. Guest passes (where applicable) include the same on-board hospitality but no separate cash value. The event experience is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Travel to and from the event venue is not included. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an event experience of equal or greater value if the original experience becomes unavailable.

7. Verification

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries, including confirming Instagram follow status, verifying Google reviews against participant records, confirming funded deal counts against Richview's internal records, and verifying broker licensing status with FSRA. Entries that cannot be verified, or that are determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these Terms, will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor's records of deal submissions and fundings are final and binding for entry calculation purposes.

8. Notification of Attendees

Selected participants will be notified by email and/or telephone within seven (7) business days of the announcement of final standings. Participants must confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of notification or the seat may be forfeited and offered to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard.

9. Privacy and Communications

By registering for this event, participants consent to (a) the collection, use, and storage of their personal information by Richview Capital Management Inc. for the purposes of administering this event, including communications regarding standings, eligibility verification, and event logistics; and (b) receiving event-related electronic communications from Richview Capital Management Inc. in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Participants may withdraw consent for non-event communications at any time by contacting Richview at info@richviewcapitalmic.com. Personal information collected through this event will be handled in accordance with Richview Capital Management Inc.'s standard privacy practices.

10. Publicity

By accepting their seat, selected participants agree that Richview Capital Management Inc. may use their name, brokerage name, likeness, and photographs taken at the event for promotional purposes across Richview's marketing channels, including social media, website, and email, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Compliance with FSRA Regulations

This event is administered in compliance with applicable advertising and conduct standards under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006 (MBLAA) and FSRA's Mortgage Brokering Sector regulations. Nothing in this event constitutes an inducement, gift, or compensation for the placement of any specific mortgage transaction. Mortgage files submitted during the event period are evaluated on their own merit under Richview Capital Management Inc.'s standard underwriting criteria, and inclusion in this event does not influence underwriting decisions, mortgage terms, or borrower outcomes in any way. Brokers participating in this event remain bound by all professional and ethical obligations under MBLAA, FSRA Rules, and their brokerage's policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

By registering for this event, participants release Richview Capital Management Inc., its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from participation in the event, attendance at the event, or acceptance of the event experience. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect event administration.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this event at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the event. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario. Void where prohibited by law.
