I give permission for my daughter to participate in GLOW™, a six-week virtual confidence and leadership program for high school girls offered through Amazing Girls Academy™.

I understand that GLOW™ includes interactive discussions, guided reflection, workbook activities, hands-on activities, and conversations related to topics that may include confidence, communication, friendships, boundaries, relationships, family dynamics, social media, stress, self-worth, identity, and personal growth.

Virtual Session Expectations

GLOW™ sessions are interactive and designed to provide participants with a supportive environment for discussion, reflection, and personal growth.

Participants are expected to:

Attend sessions on time and remain for the full session whenever possible.
Participate respectfully in discussions and activities.
Respect the privacy of other participants.
Refrain from recording, photographing, screenshotting, or sharing another participant’s comments or images from a GLOW™ session.
Use respectful language and behavior during virtual sessions.

Attendance & Certificate of Completion

GLOW™ consists of six weekly virtual sessions.

To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must attend at least four of the six sessions.

Consistent attendance is encouraged so participants can receive the full benefit of the program.

Communication With Participants

Because GLOW™ is designed for high school girls, program-related communication may occasionally be sent directly to participants using the phone number or email address they provide.

Communication will be limited to matters related to GLOW™, including session reminders, activities, program information, and participant-related follow-up.

Confidentiality & Respect for the Group

GLOW™ is intended to be a supportive space where girls can participate honestly and respectfully.

Participants will be encouraged to respect the privacy of what other girls share during sessions. Parents/guardians should understand that Amazing Girls Academy™ cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information shared during a group session confidential.

Participants should not share another girl’s personal story, comments, screenshots, photographs, or identifying information outside of the group.
