Pools start at $55,000
Elevated hot tub with automation: Add $18,000–$24,000
Screen enclosure: Budget $9,000–$15,000
Vinyl fencing (if no enclosure): Budget $6,000–$8,000+ depending on yard size
Irrigation and grass repair: Estimate around $5,000
Propane gas tank for spa: Add $1,500 (if adding a spa)

Property Survey
We need a property survey to design your pool and figure out the county setbacks. This will be a requirement for us to accurately quote your project and determine what size pool will work for you. If your back yard is small or less than 30 feet from the back of your house to the rear property line, email us your survey for a quick consultation if a pool will fit.
