If you disagree with an assessment done by your Master Trainer, you can appeal the decision with corporate. We require a $25 deposit to file an appeal. In the event that corporate agrees with you, your deposit will be refunded. However if corporate agrees with your Master Trainer, your deposit will be forfeited.
