GA4 Reporting Service Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT
This (Google Analytics 4) GA4 Reporting Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between KaeRae Marketing, Inc and The Client (signer of this agreement). In this agreement, the party who is contracting to receive the services shall be referred to as the “Client” and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as the “Service Provider”.
WHAT I PROVIDE:
The Service Provider agrees to create and share a Google Analytics and other Google tools report for the Client’s business, which includes:
Reporting:
• Full report of all Google tools synced into one report sent to the client every month.
PRICING:
The Google Report will be created and sent to the client on a monthly basis, scheduled automatically for the 1st of each month.
The monthly fee quoted to the Client for this Google Report Service for Service Provider’s services is listed below, depending on the package selected.
$197/mo for report + explainer video
PAYMENT:
During the agreement signing process the initial monthly fee will be paid. The following monthly payments to the Service Provider must be made on or before the first or fifteenth day of every month. These fees must be paid via Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card, as described below. The Client hereby provides the Service Provider with authorization to automatically charge the Client’s preferred account fees due. Client shall provide Service Provider with account information before Service Provider engages in any work on the Client’s behalf.
REPORTING:
The Service Provider will provide a “Monthly Report” on the last first of each month.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
The Client must provide access to the business Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and/or any other website analytics tracking accounts.
BUSINESS DAYS & HOURS OF OPERATIONS
The Service Provider agrees to be available to schedule an update report meeting with the Client. Service Provider is available to be contacted by the Client via phone or emails any day between Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm EST. The Client will have the ability to schedule a meeting online at www.kaeraemarketing.com/active-clients.
NON-DISCLOSURE
The Service Provider shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than a representative of the Client, at any time either during the term of this Agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to the Client, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, password, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets.
WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
The Client is deemed to be the direct owner of the created content for the campaign, including text ad copy, keyword lists, search term lists, ad extensions, geographic and mobile breakdowns, plus all past report data. Any works copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part in connection with the Services shall be the exclusive property of the Client. Upon request, Service Provider shall sign all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of the Client to the Work Product.
LIABILITY WAIVER
The Service Provider shall not be liable for the loss, damage, or delay of the Client’s project due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact the Client. In the event of any such loss, damage, or delay, the Service Provider will make every effort to notify the Client immediately.

I agree to this agreement is a month-to-month commitment.
• The monthly report and explainer video is $197/mo
• The monthly management fee of $197 is due in 15 days in order to start the campaign. This monthly payment will be due on the (1st or 15th) of each month.
• The automatic invoicing will continue until a written cancelation letter from the Client is received by the Service Provider.
• There needs to be 10-day notice to cancel this agreement.
