I understand if I choose to attend in person, I agree to follow all event guidelines

I understand that promotional materials and giveaways are permitted, but activities that delay, interrupt, or interfere with the pace of play are not allowed

I understand that Triad Cheer reserves the right to prohibit or remove any activity, display, or material that does not comply with event guidelines or is inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event

I understand that I am responsible for providing my own promotional materials and staffing my assigned hole if I choose to attend

Sponsors are responsible for the conduct of their representatives and any materials brought to the event. Sponsors agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and acknowledge that event logistics may require adjustments to hole assignments or setup locations

$500 Hole Sponsorship includes:

Signage at assigned hole
Listing in sponsor directory on Triad Golf-A-Thon Website
Brand recognition and engagement with golfers

As a Hole Sponsor, you are welcome to:

Display your company signage at your assigned hole.
Have representatives present to greet golfers.
Distribute promotional materials, giveaways, coupons, business cards, or branded merchandise.
Engage golfers with brief conversations about your business.

To help the event run smoothly, we ask that sponsors do not:

Create games, contests, competitions, or challenges.
Require golfers to stop for demonstrations or presentations.
Sell products or services on-site.
Serve or distribute alcohol.
Use amplified music or sound systems.
Block cart paths, tee boxes, greens, or golfer traffic.
Conduct any activity that delays or interferes with pace of play.

Please remember that golfers are participating in a timed fundraising event, so interactions should be brief, welcoming, and optional.
