Appliance Repair Experts – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Description
This membership provides 1–2 preventive maintenance visits per year. Repairs are not included and must be paid directly to the technician.

2. Independent Technicians
All repair technicians are independent contractors. They set their own repair pricing and are fully responsible for their own work.

3. Automatic Monthly Billing
Your membership renews automatically every month until cancelled by you.

4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to changes of mind, non-use of the service, or pre-existing appliance issues.

5. Pre-Existing Issues
Any appliance issue existing before membership enrollment is considered a repair, not maintenance, and is not covered under the membership.

6. Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date. Payments already processed will not be refunded.

7. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide safe access to your appliances, truthful information, and be present at your scheduled appointment time.

8. Missed Appointments
Missed or no-show appointments may incur a rescheduling fee.

9. Liability Limitations
Appliance Repair Experts is not liable for technician errors, damages due to misuse, prior improper installations, or natural appliance failure.

10. Not a Warranty
This membership is not a home warranty, insurance, or repair protection plan.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and agree to all Membership Terms and Conditions.
