2. Funding Consulting Disclaimer

Not a Lender: We are not a bank, lender, or mortgage broker. We do not make credit decisions.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that any lender will approve a loan, credit line, or specific amount of funding. All approvals, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by third-party financial institutions based on their own criteria.
3. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure
In compliance with Federal Law (CROA), we hereby notify you:
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from a credit report.
You have the right to cancel your contract with us for any reason within three (3) business days from the date of signing.
4. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documentation.
Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
Grant Everpoint Financial and its authorized service providers (including processing platforms like StarPoint and Credit Repair Cloud) the necessary authorization to act on your behalf regarding the services requested.
5. SMS and Telecommunications Policy (TCPA Compliance)
By providing your phone number and opting in:
Consent: You grant express written consent to receive recurring transactional and promotional messages (SMS/MMS) from Everpoint Financial and its authorized service providers.
Terms: Message frequency varies (approx. 1–2 per week). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" to unsubscribe at any time. Reply "HELP" for assistance.
6. Fees and Payment Policy
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act:
Everpoint Financial does not charge or receive payment for credit repair services before such services have been fully performed.
Any initial "Setup" or "Analysis" fees are strictly for the comprehensive audit and review of credit reports already performed and delivered to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everpoint Financial and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, any delays in the credit dispute process, or the denial of funding by third-party lenders.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website and CRM may contain links to or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Credit Hero Score). Everpoint Financial is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or performance of these external entities.
