This Package Addendum is incorporated into and governed by the RepuBoostAI Master Service Agreement ("MSA").

2. FEES

- $697 per month, billed monthly

- $997 one-time setup fee

- 12-month minimum commitment

RepuBoost Elite + Social includes:

Website and leads

- Fast, mobile-friendly website built and hosted by RepuBoostAI

- Missed-call text-back and instant text replies to contact form submissions

- Automated text follow-ups for new leads

- Video estimates booked through the website and text

Calls

- 24/7 AI call answering and appointment booking

- Urgent call transfer to the Client or a designated technician

Reviews

- Review QR codes on free business cards

- Automatic review request texts after every job

- Instant text alerts when a customer rates the business 1 to 3

- Alerts when a public Google review comes in under 4 stars

- AI replies to every Google review, in the business's voice

- Texting registration (A2P) handled by RepuBoostAI

Social media

- Weekly social media posts written and published for the Client

- Posts promoting the Client's services, reviews, and video estimates

Tools

- CRM and pipeline for calls, bookings, reviews, and follow-ups

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

- Add RepuBoostAI as a Manager on the Client's Google Business Profile

- Provide access to the Client's social media accounts used for posting

- Provide domain access or allow RepuBoostAI to connect the website domain

- Provide the legal business name, EIN, and business address needed for texting registration

- Review and approve the AI receptionist's greeting and booking rules

- Mark completed jobs in the app, or provide customer contact information, so review requests can be sent

5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

RepuBoostAI does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, rankings, calls, or jobs.

Google controls which reviews are posted, held, or removed.

Every customer is given the option to leave a Google review, regardless of rating.

Texting depends on carrier approval of A2P registration, which may take several weeks.

AI call answering is provided for normal business call volume. Unusually high call volume may require a plan adjustment, discussed with the Client in advance.

Complex integrations or custom builds outside standard scope may incur additional fees.
