Give us 3 preferred days and times that you would like your show to run. We will do our best to find a slot open for you as close to the time as possible.

Payment Terms: This Agreement covers a fifteen (15) month broadcasting period. The payment is $342.00 per month, or you may choose to pay $4,200.00 annually in advance for a discounted rate. The first payment, payable to PTWWN plus a non-refundable enrollment fee of $30.00 and future payments of $342.00 to our partner payment processor.

Referral Fee: Broadcasters can earn a $100.00 monthly referral fee for up to ten (10) months for each new broadcaster who signs up as a result of their show or social media. To qualify, both you and the referred broadcaster must keep your payments current. If the referred broadcaster pays annually, you receive a one-time $1,000.00 bonus instead of monthly payments. Referral payments stop after ten (10) months. If you or your referral fall behind on payments, commission payouts are withheld until accounts are current. Any earned commissions will be applied to outstanding balances if your account is past due.

Cancellation: Either party can cancel this Agreement with sixty (60) days’ written notice to [email protected]. Your account must be current to cancel and their is a $55.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel, no further commissions are due.

You agree to follow copyright laws and licensing procedures for some TV Shows and Movies. If PTWWN Broadcasting is penalized, you are responsible for any payments or fees that may occur.

Do you agree to upload content at least 5 days in advance to ensure that your episode will run. We are not responsible if content is not uploaded on time. We hold no responsibility for internet outages or unforseen error or technical glitches.

This agreement is effective on the day of signing. If needed, we offer a 60 day extension for new broadcasters to upload content.

I authorize PTWWN Broadcasting to process my payments with my debit or credit card by phone or form. All payments are non-refundable, but we can provide the equivalent in other services of PTWWN TV.
