SUSPENSION POLICY

Our team will reach out and confirm with you when your request has been completed. If your membership is billed during the time taken to complete your request, your suspension will still be processed and you will have the services on your account until your requested suspension has ended.

PLEASE NOTE: if your suspension request is longer than 60 days, it will likely result in a cancellation of your membership instead of a prolonged suspension.
