Our team will reach out and confirm with you when your request has been completed. If your membership is billed during the time taken to complete your request, your suspension will still be processed and you will have the services on your account until your requested suspension has ended.

No suspensions of memberships during the commitment period (includes trials, speciality programs, paid in full agreements).
