I agree to the Lead Generation Agreement and understand that all sales are final due to the custom nature of this service. No refunds, credits, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once leads or services are delivered.

I acknowledge that delivery timelines may vary based on targeting, volume, and fulfillment demand. AgentEmp and its affiliates and parent LLCs are not responsible for conversion rates, carrier actions, client behavior, or agent performance.

I confirm I am a licensed agent or authorized representative and accept full responsibility for legal outreach to consumers. I will comply with all applicable regulations including the TCPA, HIPAA, and A2P registration when texting or calling leads.

I understand I am responsible for CRM data, platform security, and legal compliance. If I activate automation, I accept usage charges for texting, calling, and email outreach.

I agree not to duplicate, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the lead process, ads, data, or AI technology provided. All materials and processes are the intellectual property of AgentEmp and its parent companies.

I will not post false claims, initiate chargebacks, or harm the reputation of AgentEmp or its platforms. Any chargeback will result in a 3x penalty and possible account suspension or legal action.

I release AgentEmp from liability related to client behavior, licensing issues, or regulatory actions resulting from the use of leads, CRMs, or automation tools.
