Lifestyle Design Homes (LDH) agrees to pay a real estate commission equal to 3% of the original Total Sales Price to cooperating brokers on all new builds. Some upgrades may qualify for compensation. Compensation offered to cooperating brokers on speculative homes is as listed on the MLS. To be eligible for a commission the Realtor and Client must complete LDH’s Realtor & Client Registration form. Commissions will be paid by LDH to the agent upon completion and closing of the home. There are bonuses available to Realtors on every 5th referral. The Realtor acknowledges and agrees that this agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement between the Client and LDH. In the event that the Purchase Agreement is terminated by any party this agreement shall be null, and void and no commission shall be paid to the Realtor.
