Lifestyle Design Homes (LDH) agrees to pay a real estate commission equal to 3-4% of the original Total Sales Price to cooperating brokers on all custom builds. Some upgrades may qualify for compensation. Compensation offered to cooperating brokers on speculative homes is as listed on the MLS. Referrals must be made before the client engages with LDH directly to qualify. Commission is paid in milestone stages. All payments are made directly to the agent’s brokerage. Broker approval is required to participate in this payout structure. Referral is considered valid once the buyer signs a contract and successfully closes on the home. Realtors must maintain an active real estate license throughout participation in the program. The Realtor Loyalty Program incentives reset every two years (unless otherwise specified). The Realtor acknowledges and agrees that this agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement between the Client and LDH. In the event that the Purchase Agreement is terminated by any party this agreement shall be null, and void and no commission shall be paid to the Realtor.
