Tryout registration form for Oasis Futsal Academy's newest location in Miami! Groups for beginner, intermediate, and elite players.

Tryouts will be on October 31st, and November 7th. Season starts on November 10th.

Practices will be Tuesday and Friday from 6:00-7:00pm, and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm. You are able to register for 1, 2, or 3x per week.
