If I am a food vendor, I agree to submit valid permits and licensing prior to the event, as well as bring with me to the event.

If I am a food vendor, I understand that inspections by Salt Lake County Health Department may be conducted and if I am not in compliance, they will require me to close my booth and leave the premises and I may be subject to applicable fines.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and participating in the Celebration, I acknowledge and agree that Salt Lake Juneteenth, The Gateway, or Beloved Community are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown arising from or related to any harm, injury, or property at the event.

I understand that by participating in the Salt Lake Juneteenth Black Business Expo, my business information may be included in the Black-owned business directory, BOSLC.com. Vendors may be featured in the BOSLC directory at BOSLC’s discretion.
