Parents Night Out – Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are final. Due to staffing, catering, and preparation requirements, no refunds or credits are available for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind.

• In the event Ascendance Academy must cancel the event, a full refund or credit will be issued.

• Parents/guardians confirm all medical information, allergies, and emergency contact details provided are accurate at the time of booking.

• Ascendance Academy is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the event.

• Children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorised adult.

• By attending, parents/guardians consent to reasonable supervision and participation in age-appropriate activities.
