Request to Cancel My Fitness Program at Yolo Barre

Yolo Barre requires the completion of this form for the cancellation of any fitness services.

This is in order to properly reconcile your account and cancel payments for any of our programs in conjunction with our formal service cancellation policy as per your physical agreement.

IMPORTANT: It is very important to us that our Members enjoy their health and fitness experience and get great results so BEFORE you fill this out to cancel, if there is anything we can talk about to help you get the most out of this program or to improve our program for future members please let us know.

Your health and fitness is important. Life gets difficult sometimes but being part of a fitness program can help, Your happiness, get your more energy, combat loneliness, boost self-esteem and keep you stronger for whatever life throws at you.

We find many people who want to cancel have just lost motivation and they are not getting the results they desire.

If that's you let's talk!

Also keep in mind downgrading your membership to a Class Package or a Hold are an option for you.
