Alive Church requests that the host organization cover hotel, flights, and meals during the duration of the visit. Our team will book the flights and submit them for reimbursement. We kindly ask that the host organization handle booking the hotel accommodations and on-ground transportation.These arrangements should include: 2 First Class flights (booked by our team, reimbursed by host), 1 king suite at a 4 or 5-star hotel (booked by host), on-ground transportation (arranged by host), and meals during the visit *

We agree to cover the travel expenses as outlined above.
