We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our team! As a Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google that drive leads and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google.

  2. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CPA).

  3. Write and test ad copy, creatives, and audiences to improve performance.

  4. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability targets.

  5. Analyze data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

  6. Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

  7. Join team calls and collaborate with the creative and sales teams.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record managing paid ads on Meta and/or Google with real budget responsibility.

  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a media buying or paid traffic role.

  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

  4. Experience with direct response or info marketing campaigns is a strong plus.

  5. Familiar with tracking tools, pixels, and conversion optimization.

  6. Self-managed, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Salary:
