As a UK holiday let, we are legally required under the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 to maintain a guest register recording the full name and nationality of all guests aged 16 and over. This is the same requirement that applies to every hotel, B&B and guest house in the country.

As the property owner, we also require a home address and contact details for the lead guest for the purposes of maintaining accurate property records and complying with our obligations as a holiday let operator and our insurance.

The number of guests on this form must match your booking exactly, as this is a condition of our property insurance.

Please choose your preferred setup below so we can prepare everything before your arrival. If your booking is for 5 guests, or 4 guests requiring three singles, please note there is an additional £50 charge. Please note if all single beds are requested they are all situated in the twin bedroom.

House Rules & Safety Notice

For insurance and fire-safety reasons, only the people named on this form may stay at The Old Bakery, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Any extra persons or changes in numbers must be notified in writing before arrival—breaching this limit may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund issued.

Please also note:

Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside.
No smoking, vaping, parties, or BBQs are allowed.
Noise should be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 8 am.
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
Parking is not permitted on the lane outside the cottage. Parking is permitted in the parking space and on the High Street.
