Marketing Audit
SOCIAL MEDIA:
Social Media is one of the areas that most small businesses don't handle properly. Most owners know it's something that they should be doing but they don't do it consistently. You will find that most businesses have a Facebook page, but either it has been posted on sporadically or just left for dead. Then there are the businesses that take the time to post good content but don’t have anything to elicit action and interaction with their customers. They are wasting their time. There should be two calls of action on all posts. A phone number and a web link that talks about the product or service.
Do the same thing for the other social media plarforms that you have done for Facebook.
GOOGLE BUSINESS:
Google Business is the first step to having your company searched properly by Google. Google Business is the #1 directory in the world. Using all of the attributes in Google Business are a must to be effective. Google Business is the listing that appears top right on your computer. It should have pictures, Website Link, Directions, Address Listing, Hours of Operation, Phone Number, and Google Reviews. Google Business management is included in all websites that we selll.
ONLINE REPUTATION/REVIEWS:
Online reviews have a direct impact on the bottom line of all businesses. Research reveals that 9 out of 10 customers will not purchase a service or product from a company after reading a negative online review.
Most happy customers don’t take the time to fill out a review of your business but an unhappy customer will search out multiple review sites and let you have it. If you don’t actively elicit customer reviews from your customers, you’re gambling with your business. Eventually you will have an unhappy customer and if you don’t have your satisfied customer reviews online to accurately weight your average, your reputation could be severely damaged.
WEBSITE VISUAL REVIEW
Pull up the client's website and take the time to review the site. You will be shocked at the results.
WEBSITE AUDIT
You should run a website audit. This is part of understanding how the technical/back end of the website is performing. A pretty website does not always perform well. This report shows you how Google and the other search engines see the clients website.
