This Technology Access Fee applies to all Remote Online Notarization (RON) real estate closing requests submitted by lenders, escrow officers, title companies, attorneys, and other third-party professionals.
The Signature Pros provides a secure, compliant Remote Online Notarization session for all required signers and witnesses included in the real estate package. No additional per-signer fees are charged for RON closings.
A flat $20 Technology Access Fee is applied to each RON real estate closing. This fee supports the secure digital environment required for compliance, including:
Remote notarization platform access
Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)
Credential analysis
Digital recordkeeping and audit logs
This ensures a smooth, professional, and fully compliant remote closing experience for all parties involved.
Fees are subject to change without notice. It is possible, the duration to complete the notarial acts could be shorter or longer depending on the circumstances (i.e. questions asked, late arrivals of signers/witnesses, delay with receiving documents, etc.), the number of signers and witnesses, and the number of notarial acts.
Our Witness Request Service provides a qualified witness to personally appear before you and the Notary Public during your Remote Online Notarization (RON) session or in-person notarization. This ensures that your documents meet legal requirements and are properly validated. By requesting a witness through our service, you can avoid the hassle of finding one yourself and ensure a smooth, professionally managed notarization process.
🔹 Important Reminder: This is not a Credible Witness Service. A credible witness must personally know the signer(s) and meet specific legal criteria to serve in that capacity.
Please note - The Quantity represents the number of witnesses required for the execution of the document(s).
This option allows a non-signing observer to attend your remote online notarization (RON) session at no additional cost. Observers may include family members, legal representatives, or other trusted individuals who wish to witness the process for transparency or personal assurance. Observers will not participate in the signing and will be clearly identified as non-signing attendees during the session.
