We’re honored you’re applying to be part of Tails of Joy: A Collection of Thank You Notes from People to Their Pets. Before moving forward, please review the following details carefully.

📸 Photoshoot + Donation Details

All selected participants will pay a non-refundable $185 application fee, which includes:
• A weekday portrait session at FIORIA’s studio
• Up to 3 pets from the same household
• A guaranteed double-page spread in the Tails of Joy coffee table book
100% of your application fee will be donated to Frisco Pet Partners and Collin County Animal Services.
10% of all artwork and print purchases made during your design consultation will also be donated to the fundraiser.
Pet grooming donations through PetBar are only valid at the Frisco, TX location.
A portion of grooming or blowout services for participating pets will be donated when booked through PetBar Frisco.
Professional hair & makeup is available upon request for an additional $175.
The application fee does not include digital images, printed artwork, or copies of the final book.
These may be purchased separately during your design consultation.

🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Due to the limited number of sessions and the fundraising nature of this project, rescheduling is not guaranteed.
If you cancel your session or do not show, your application fee will be forfeited.
A new application and fee will be required to reschedule.

🖼️ Artwork & Copyright Notice

You’ll have the opportunity to view and select your portraits during a same-day design consultation, immediately following your session.
One consultation is included per participant.
All photographs created by FIORIA by Me Ra Koh are protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17).
All rights are reserved. Reproduction or copying of images by any method—digital, printed, or electronic—is not permitted without written permission.
