Team Leader Qualifications:A Team Leader should have at least 2–5+ years of tax preparation experience, strong knowledge of tax laws and filing requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and support a team of preparers. Responsibilities include training new agents, monitoring performance, assisting with complex returns, and ensuring high standards of client service and compliance are met throughout the tax season.
