Terms and Conditions:

Complimentary Inspection Services: DELTA will provide a complimentary inspection of the property for damages caused by storms. This includes an assessment of the roof and other areas of the property to identify potential damages.

Authorization to Work with Claims Department: Homeowner authorizes DELTA to contact the insurance company and work with the claims department and insurance adjusters to establish a fair scope of work for roof and property damages.

Consent to Meet with Adjusters: Homeowner grants DELTA permission to meet on the property with approved adjusters to assess damages once the insurance company has been contacted.

Communication of Findings: DELTA agrees to keep the Homeowner informed of all findings, including their estimate of all related repairs.

No Public Adjusting Services: DELTA acknowledges that it is not providing public adjusting services under this Agreement.

DELTA Sign Placement: If the Homeowner Association permits, the Homeowner agrees to allow DELTA to place signs in the yard indicating that DELTA is performing work on the property.
