Affiliate Disclosure & Conduct Policy

By participating in the Strategic Financial Services Referral and/or Affiliate Program, you agree to uphold the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and brand representation. Affiliates and referral partners may not make false, misleading, disparaging, or negative statements—publicly or privately—about Strategic Financial Services, its leadership, team members, products, services, partners, or compensation structure. Any conduct deemed harmful to the company’s reputation, brand, or operations may result in immediate termination.

Strategic Financial Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or change program terms, compensation structures, commission percentages, referral payouts, qualification requirements, policies, and procedures at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

Strategic Financial Services further reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate or referral partner at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of company policies, misrepresentation of services, unethical conduct, non-compliance, or actions deemed detrimental to the company’s mission, reputation, or legal standing.

All commission decisions, eligibility determinations, and program interpretations are final at the sole discretion of Strategic Financial Services.
