TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• A minimum of 8 guests including the birthday child. Charges will still apply for the minimum if the numbers fall below 8.
•The cost of this party package is $350. $20 per additional guest after 8 guests will apply.
• A maximum of 18 guests.
• Parties are conducted on Saturdays between 2:30pm to 6:00pm and Sundays between 10:00am to 6:00pm. Parties may be booked during holidays depending on availability of the facilities and staff.
• Final numbers must be received no later than 7 days prior to your confirmed party date. Changes to the final numbers may be permitted within the 7 days, however, this will be subject to available staff.
• Payment in full must be received 7 days prior to the party date.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking.
• Birthday parties are confirmed once the deposit and booking form have been submitted.
• 7 days or less cancelation notice, no refund or credit will be given.
• Appropriate supervision is provided for the dance class portion of your party only.
• In the event of an evacuation, staff will follow the studios evacuation procedure and accompany all birthday party guests to the designated meeting point. Please be advised you are required to follow the direction of staff.
• All Birthday guests will require a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. A link will be sent to the birthday party hosts parents and they are responsible for sending the waiver to all guests participating.
• Birthday party hosts parents must stay with the party for the duration of the party excluding the dance class portion. Birthday party hosts parents are responsible for supervision outside of the dance class.
• All birthday party guests must abide by the studio's terms and conditions of entry. Failure to comply may result in the cancelling of your childʼs birthday party and the removal from the studio.
• No outdoor shoes are to be worn on the dance floors.
Please submit completed form to confirm your party booking. Please note: a nonrefundable 50% deposit of the total fee is required at the time of booking confirmation.
