Though all applications are available for submission from the retreat registration launch date, our previous retreat participants will have 1 week of pre-booking access consideration ahead of us welcoming new retreat participants. This makes early submission of your application registration helpful to better ensure you gain access to one of the only 25 spots!

The exception to that is, if a previous retreat group participant is booking a double room, and bringing in a new retreat participant, we will accept that new application during the special early group access time. You must identify that connection on the application.

Room Mate Details

If booking a double package, please identify the name of your roommate.

Please note, if you are booking for the waiting list, we cannot guarantee your spot until the roommate is confirmed.
⁠If you want to secure your retreat spot, we recommend you book the single studio suite package, where you can transition to a roommate more easily if acquired later. At that time, we can always adjust the payment to the double package.
The first week we are giving early access to our private retreat community from past participants… Though if a past participant is booking in a roommate, that is a new participant, we will accept that person during the first early booking week.

Important To Know

SEVEN MONTH PAYMENT plans are available or from whenever you sign up. 7 month payment plan packages are available if starting in September at $385.57 + HST (+ credit card fees extra). After September, they can be spread over the period from when you sign up, until the final March 2027 payment. All payments must be completed by the end of March 2027 due to the cancellation policies of the resort.
Your first payment is due upon confirmation of your spot… $200 of that payment becomes your non-refundable deposit. (includes a one time credit card fee if paid in full, or a monthly fee broken down with your payment package)
There is a one time credit service charge if paying by credit card. E-Transfer there is no service charge.
There are no additional fees for the benefits of the monthly payments, as we want to make this accessible for you!

This retreat is being promoted internationally.
Unlike other years... this resort has limited room availability and will sell out early fall for the May long weekend our retreat is on. So, if you are considering this retreat... book early with us, as there will be no spots available for last minute bookings… and you want to be in the room for this!
We are only accepting 25 participants for this retreat. In order to be considered for this retreat, to ensure we meet all your needs and room requests... you are asked to fill out the registration application, and we will reach out to you after that to confirm availability. PRACTITIONER SERVICES

Your package includes two practitioner services as part of the Friday wellness circuit, along with the holistic wellness machines and creation station. At least a month before the retreat, you will be sent a form to select your service preferences, which will be selected in order of participant registration. Booking early gives you more choice.

#BONUS: For the 12 people who get to book with Dr. Kate - they will also receive an insurance receipt slip (valued over $100) to claim through your personal medical plans.
