This guided experience, led by Nicole Cutchins, begins with a 40-minute sound bath where soothing tones and vibrations help calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body into a state of deep relaxation.
Following the sound bath, we’ll transition into a 20-minute tea meditation and journaling practice—giving you space to reflect, ground, and gently integrate the experience.
This is your time to unplug, breathe, and come back to yourself.
No experience is needed—just bring a journal, a blanket, a pillow, and an open mind.
