Every position will have its own salary and compensation structure, discussed during the hiring process.

YEAR 1 GOALS

Build long-term trust with cities, counties, and school districts
Win 3–5 public-sector contracts
Sign 20–50 private-sector clients
Standardize our service packages
Grow a founding team of 5–7 members
Generate company revenue between $440,000 – $1.2M
